Orders ship under one flat delivery rate within our configured shipping zones. Orders above ₹[AMOUNT] qualify for free shipping. Cash on delivery is available at checkout where your PIN code is serviceable.

Every order moves through four stages: Processing, Shipped, Out for Delivery, and Delivered. Your order ID and tracking reference appear in My Account and on the Order Tracking page.

Shipping details are recorded in full on each admin order. Our delivery integration is prepared for a future Quick Ink plugin or API connection without changing this policy.

Returns are accepted within the window stated on your order confirmation, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

We collect only the details needed to process orders, deliver parcels, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information. Full privacy details are available in the privacy policy page.
